Bought from BH in Mar 2012. Copy of receipt is available. Perfect glass and sharpness. UZ11 date code. Only issues are some scuffs on and near hood thread, pure cosmetic, as shown in the last picture, and some minor blemishes on hood. 9/10 as a conservative rating.
