I finally gave these DVD cases from Miller's a try. I really like them! For those still giving DVD's instead of flash drives, they're a great, inexpensive option.
They have templates you can use, or you can design your own. Just thought I'd share...

I ordered a sample of flash drive + packaging a few months back from a popular company that has been mentioned on here (can't remember the name) and just wasn't impressed with the way they looked. That and the fact that it took around 2 weeks to get to me from the time I ordered it, so I've put that idea on the back burner for now.

I realize that DVD technology is slowly becoming obsolete, but in terms of product delivery and presentation, they have benefits over thumb drives. I've got another 35 or so printable DVDs to use up, then I might re-evaluate things down the road.
