I stopped by the nest after work and spent about an hour waiting for some to happen. Pops came early last week so I missed the shot I wanted but managed to get it this week.

1. Mama bird landing.
D300 w 300/4 afs and tc-14e
f5.6@ 1/2500 sec, iso 320, was 1 stop under as a cloud came by, brought it back up 1 stop in NX2, brighten it in CS6.

Cool! The difference in eye color of the juvis is neat as is their comparison in color to the adult. What sweet shot with a large order of fish for three arrives!
Nice contact with the Mr Brown
