My C+C would be try a smaller size (most swear by 800 on the long end) and the crops seem very tight.

Oh, and try to increase the ambient light so you get more iris and less pupil.

One is really well done. The light on the left side of him is so gentle and perfect and then the slightly stronger light on the right really sets him off nicely. The second one is a little high key for me and her shirt is doing her no favors.

I like No. 1 a lot. My only nit on it is that your main light is too high, so it's creating a shadow below his eyes. If you like that shadow, then you're good, nothing else to change at all. If you don't like that shadow, you can lower your light next time and eliminate it, and yet keep the shadow under his chin. Nice job!

No. 2, I like as well, but this should never be used as an executive portrait. Because you are shooting slightly down on her, you are putting more emphasis on her ample cleavage. If that was the goal, and it could very well be, then you nailed it. Like I said, I like it.
