p.1 #1 · Bald Eagles

A fellow member took me out to shoot these eagles about a month ago. I need to remove the distracting branches still. Thanks for looking

Agree - getting the fg branches out would help.

This one is just begging for a quote.

Nice shot, but your cloning shows and the feathers appear black instead of brown.

Imagemaster, I haven't done any cloning but where does it appear that I have?

A nice shot Jason, but the white balance does appear to be off ~ Ron

How did you get rid of the branches then? The dark streaks in the sky look like the result of cloning.

I have increased the contrast in this first shot to show it more.

In the second shot I have removed the dark streaking altogether.

Let me know if you want me to remove both images.

Tony,
Your 2nd one looks nice without the branches. I guess I'm a little confused (doesn't take much!) as I do see branches in my posted image. Perhaps because they are so out of focus they look like bad clone streaks. None the less the branches (streaks) need to be removed.
You can see the same branches in Al's post. http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1197270/0#11416354

I will try to clean up and repost this weekend.

Thanks for the feedback as this is what I need for learning.

Regards,

NIce double eagle. It's not too often we get to see two bald eagles on a clean perch, even for us guys photographing them six months out of the year. Nice edit help from Tony.
