Hi,
A year ago, in April, Profoto had already started a promotion.
They were giving away one free Acute B lamp if one bought
an Acute B2 generator. Is this happening this year too?

They normally have some type of promotion going on. I believe that they've had the AcuteB2 head promotion the past couple of years and price breaks on the D1 kits. They had a trade-in program for the B4 but other than that they've been really quiet the past several months regarding promotions.

Last year, 2012, it was a promotion for
part of the spring and summer: april
until the end of july. In 2011, it ran
during the fall and winter. I'll be
patient and wait for it.

I just checked again!
The more expensive version with the pocket wizard,
comes with a free lamp. The regular one, unfortu-
nately does not. I want the regular acuteb2 with
the free lamp. I think I'll have to wait some more
time!
