p.3 #1 · Need advice: Canon 6D vs OM-D E-M5

I have the 6d and the e-m5. I had good glass for both systems and found that I preferred the image quality of the FF. The 12-35 was good on the e-m5 but I like the 24-70s better on the FF. I haven't tried the 35-100 but on the long end it's certainly no 70-200 f/2.8 II. The II is simply a great lens!

The e-m5 with anything larger than a pancake is not really a pocket camera unless you're wearing a parka, photo vest or something with big pockets. If portability is what you're after you might check out one of the smaller bodies.

True but a small camera doesn't mean it has to be a pocket camera. The total weight / bulk of a m43 system pales in comparison to a similar FF setup.

I find it much easier to walk around with my GX1 on family outings than my 5d3.
Same true of my former OMD.
