3, 7, 9 here. will watch your lacrosse stuff in return now, always a question of cropping with me. what to leave in/out, where to place player in frame etc. at times you cut down shoes and i wondered why...but gj, and good set overall.
is it still cold where you are at too? sitting on wet grass/dirt?
Thanks for the reply. First I would never intentional crop at the feet/shoes. The few which look like a crops are clips those shots were full/almost full frame shots.
Cropping (where and how) is subjective as in to enhance the action and how much. I really don't like cropping at the legs and I try my utmost to avoid doing so. Many times I will crop mid thigh and at the waste. This can enhance an image. In a shot where movement is implied, I will leave the crop loose in the direction of the movement. It is easy to crop too tightly and I think many a sports shooter will fall into that trap at times. My #4 is a little tight for my taste.
If a crop does not enhance an image then go with the original image or delete the image.
Your last question to me, my reply I was sitting on the ground on some and at the edge of the artificial turf on others.
