p.1 #1 · Printer Setting partially crop

For some reason or another when I try to print my printer setting is crop. I have tried different screen resolutions, re-installing printer software the latest version of my printer drivers ( Epson R2400) still the crop version of my printer setting. here is a screen shot of it.
I can't get to the advance tab for color management.

This is a guess:
Check to see if you have enlarged the standard text display size.
In Windows 7, this is in the Display control panel. See if you have set it to something larger to 100%.
If you change it, you will need to re-start or log-off/on for the text size change to take effect.

Is this a small screen netbook? What is your screen resolution set to?

I've seen this as an issue when installing photo software on netbooks that don't have adequate resolution to begin with.

This is a "stretch" but see if you can grab the right side or lower right corner of the box to expand it. If not, right click on the box and see if there is a menu for the box. If not, left click the upper left corner and see if there's an applicable menu item there. Very weird.

It might be the program you are printing from. Try to check print. format settings or try to print from different applications.
