p.1 #1 · Western Wyoming Winter Continues...

These were all taken this week around Pinedale, my home. While spring is in the air, those really nice days are still few and far between. But, only about 55 more days of our usual winter until summer appears, as if by magic, overnight. Thanks for looking.
Dave

Those are nice. Is that moose sitting down? (Or is it an elk?) I don't think I've ever seen a moose sit before.

#4 is my favorite. When I scrolled back up, #5 caught my eye differently from the first time I saw it. That cloud really jumped out at me. It's cool. The trees, however, don't look vertical, like the image needs just a tad rotation.

Hey Dave,

Wow... #1 is really crazy cool... besides the great colors, the way the mountains are stacked is really different. The shot does seem a little soft in the front layers, a little more sharpening after downsizing may be needed here. And then, #4 is my other favorite, really super lines and curves in it.

Good series, Dave. I've never seen a moose sit on its haunches, much like a dog, but that how this one looks.

Beautiful landscapes. I especially like #4. Was that done with HDR?
