I've set up a new blog. It is called Foto-Gizmo and I am doing reviews of gear I own and use in the field and studio.
I just posted a write-up on the 70-300 F4/5.6 L IS USM. I am doing this only for fun and to share some information, so I hope no one has a problem with it.
Some feedback on the layout. I'm viewing on a mobile with a Mototola RAZR HD. Some of the color choices for the background and background graphics don't work well with corresponding text colors. Difficult to read in certain spots on the home page.
Subtitle text at the top of the page blends in with photos up there. The photo of the streetlight covers up a man's mouth in a separate photo there as well. I would also strongly recommend writing in Microsoft word in order to take advantage of the grammar correction capabilities, as some sentences didn't flow. Your rating system is also confusing - what does "recommended 97 rating" mean? Is it 97/100? 97/1000? Is it in points or ratings - you changed the measure between reviews.
You have reviewed some interesting items. Just make sure you have someone proof read the text before you post.
