Hello,
anybody using this kind of video LED light for macro work? Alone or with flash too.

For macro in studio. Off camera light.

One can add more units side by side. Each unit is dimmable (not the small one). 5600 kelvin. Filters and diffusers available. Tripod socket. One can use this lights with a gooseneck arm. Powered with batteries. No cable/cord needed like a wireless flash or light.

For use with Canon 100mm and Canon MP-E 65mm.

I use a beleuchtungschalttafel-3000L which can run off a portable laptop battery or other small battery (12-32Vin). The phosphors are separate from the unit and can be swapped to change the color temperature (I have four, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K). It draws around 40 watts at full power and heat isn't a problem at typical temperatures.

I've used it for a combination of night photography, macro work, and just general lighting for video or other. It's definately an improvement from the Beleuchtungsvorrichtung-1500L which has some problems with overheating and efficiency.
