I've contacted them asking when my flashes might arrive, inadvertently opening a case in the eBay resolution centre, and I've had a few messages back and forth so far.
My initial impression is that they're very keen for me to close the case in the resolution centre as it 'affects their business' and that if I close the case, they will go ahead and resend the items (that is, assuming they've been sent in the first place...). I've assured them that closing this case is the last thing that I will do, and so now they're asking for my email so they can send an invoice for the resent items. Once again, sketchy. I feel that all communication should be through eBay messages (so it all looks good when I escalate the case...) and I've mentioned that to them. Currently awaiting a reply. Furthermore, I paid with paypal, so they could easily find my email if they were so desperate for it... Regardless, I'm looking forward to causing a little mayhem.
