ok, I was getting the same emails. First she/he said they shipped it and flashes would arrive any time and they want me to change feedback. then he told me he will pay me $1 if I change my feedback.
Now it's back to" I am sorry I didn't ship it, I refunded you your money so you should give me good feedback"
That person is definitely a liar.
