Just picked this lens up on the B&S forums a few weeks ago. The guy I bought it from tested it for infinity focus, and it is DEAD on. Anyways, I thought this would be a good way for people to see what this lens is capable of.
Taken with D700. I will add some more as I edit through them. If you have some taken with a Nikon mount Samyang/Rokinon/Bower/etc, feel free to post them!
Can't believe how great this lens really is! I really liked my Tokina 17mm 3.5, but this is levels above that lens - as it should be! This was the first night shot I took in Yosemite from my trip last week..
I don't mind buying Samyang/Bower/Bell+Howell, the way I see it is they put a lot of effort making the lens awesome since they don't have to worry about any AF motors or anything.
Everyday I am tempted to ditch my 17-35mm for a 24-70 and pick up the Samyang 14 for any landscape stuff.
I feel bad that I am only limited to a few shots. I just picked up the lens a few weeks ago and have only shot Yosemite with it - although I may head out tonight to shoot...
If you are on the fence about this lens, just get it! Only con it has going against it is that it is a prime and it is wide. But no AF is absolutely no problem, at least that I have run into

This temps me more!
I've been looking for a superwide to accompany my 24-70. The Samyang is tempting, though it doesn't allow for filters. Ideally, I'd get the Samyang and something around the 20mm range that I could mount filters on. The elephant in the room is the Zeiss 21 but I can't really afford that.

similar here - I have a 24-85, the old 20mm f3.5 Nikkor (don't mind MF) and this would be the ideal lens on the wide end. I've been watching some ebay auctions but they sell close to new price, so one of these days I'll just buy one. Zeiss 15mm or Nikon 14-24mm are out of my budget, so there aren't really that many options. The old Nikkor 18mm isn't worth the collectors prices it is demanding, nor is it much wider than my 20mm. So it'll be another Rokinon in my bag (love my 85mm f1.4)
