p.1 #1 · Can dropped and broken lens be fixed?

I dropped and broke my 28-75 Tamron lens today. The glass is fine it is the plastic that holds
the lens in place. Can you send it and have it repaired? Thanks in advance!

I'm sure you could. Did it break from the filter ring down?

You'd probably come out the same buying a used sample and selling the broken lens on Ebay for parts. Call Tamron and get a quote.

You can get one in near mint [M-] condition on eBay for about $360. KEH currently has them for $360 [E to E+] and $380 [M-].
