p.1 #1 · Photo printing using Easy-Photo Print Pro

I am trying to print a photo (first time) using Easy-Photo Print Pro plugin for LR4. No matter which paper size I select (4x6,5x7,8x10) I can't seem to figure out how to get the photo printed on the entire paper.

I have attached two screen shots hopefully will make it easy to relate to.
First screen shot is for borderless(full) printing but when I select that image that will get printed is cropped by default as shown. I can change the print area but I just cannot select the entire photo for printing.
Second option is bordered (full) when I select that option the image gets printed without cropping however it doesn't get printed on entire paper.

I also tried printing directly using the "Print" function in LR4 and then setting printer + page layout options no luck so far. If it makes any difference (which shouldn't) I am using Pixma Pro 9000 II printer.

Any help is really appreciated.

I think the question I asked is probably a stupid question. The more I think about it, it is all about math & ratios so the way photos are being printed makes sense

Without having that printer myself or using this software I think you may have to go into the printer settings
