p.1 #1 · Early Winter in the High Country

Here are a couple of photos taken two months ago in the early part of winter. Just processed these since I finally got Capture NX2 for my Nikon.

Work has kept me from doing much photography for the past few months. I hope to get back into the mountains next weekend for a much needed photography fix.

Hi Andrew,

#1 is a really sweet shot! Where is that? #2 kind of has the feel of Estes Park, but I am not sure.

Both are beautiful. I think i prefer the second of the two though.

Thanks. These were both shot at Rocky Mountain National Park.

The first shot was taken overlooking Horseshoe Park.

Thanks. I shoot that area whenever I am there. This was shot about 2 minutes before the sun went over the mountains.

That it is. I am REALLY enjoying working with the Capture NX2 program. It seems to be a very powerful post processor.
