Hey John,
That looks like an interesting cave. John makes a good point about the hotness of the shot here, did you use the flash on your camera? It seems like it. Usually in caves, to get the best looks, you want to simply use the lighting that they already have installed there. So that will involve you shooting at a high ISO, as wide open as possible, and with a lens that has VR on it. Unless of course you are allowed to shoot with a tripod, but many caves won't allow tripods in.
