Your title is "Waiting for Sunset."

However, this photo (and your exposure choice) makes it appear as if the photo was made at night.

So, I have an alternate title: "Waiting for the Sun."

Thanks for your input, Andre, Steady, and Chris. I am a bit surprised about the feeling about the cars. I thought that the one in the upper left provided some balance. I do wish that I had gotten rid on the one along the right side of the frame. Well, it's good to see how others view it.

While I wish the car wasn't there... you could minimize it by using the Burn tool to blend it into the shadows.
I don't care for the odd, hairy triangle of light formed by the shadow cast by his right foot. Fill with black?
Their faces look over-processed and her left leg has an odd halo.
