Good luck for them. Guaranteed, 90% of Sandy images are afters with no befores. A better chance of getting befores and afters is to pursue photographers who lived in the areas damaged. But then again, a lot of those photographers had more things on their mind than going around taking photos of their damaged surroundings. Like getting a place to live and finding food to eat. Which is why most of the photos are from photographers outside the affected areas coming in for day trips shooting the destruction.
