Hi Steve, amazing how just a few minutes can change the view so drastically. I have been caught so many times enjoying the moment visually and forgetting all about snapping the shutter until after the best moment has passed. Oh well, I have so many great images stored only in my memory.

Hey Steve,

While the sky is pretty cool in #1, I think you were shooting it from an area that has just gone too dark and thus, there is no real visual interest in any of the 3 shots for me. Getting some shadow detail might have helped, #1 from what I see could have been the best shot with more detail in the shadows, in #2 and 3 I think the shots really got surrounded by too much black as you seem to have backed up into the forest more for those.
