NEW, I did open the box, but the unit is newer turned on or mounted, original TIM layer is still intact as you can see from the pictures and all accessory bags are unopened.
Reason for selling is that I lost my brain decided to go with EK Custom Water Cooling on my new PC build.
Corner of the box containing the UPC number was removed for rebate purpose.
