| p.1 #1 · River Batture Handheld In Flights | |
Spent the last couple of mornings on Mississippi River batture . The term battures is applied, principally, to certain portions of the bed of the Mississippi, which are left dry when the water is low, and are covered again, when the river rises.
River rising quickly so will not have my "spot" much longer.
Seeing all of your marvelous in flights handheld have me trying to get the strength to do some.
Must say that ibuprofen and icy hot work wonders for the sore shoulder and wrist muscles
So, here are a few from the last couple of days all 500mm handheld . I really am loving the D800 and the autofocus. I never would have gotten some of these shots with the D7000.
As always your comments, nits, crits and suggestions are much appreciated.
Hope you enjoy,
Birdie
