p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Best bag for extended travel?

Going to be doing some extended traveling and need a great bag to carry me through it. I'm looking into buying two bags...one main one to hold all my gear and one "day" bag for when I just want to carry my camera with one lens. I'd love to hear your recommendations.

Bag #1 - travel bag.
I'll be carrying this bag on my back most days. I'd like my equipment to be easily accesible, and for the bag to have zippers you can put a lock through. It should be able to hold all my gear, including...

Kindle
15" Macbook Pro
Canon 5D Mk III
Canon 5D Mk II
Canon 24mm f/1.4L II
Canon 85mm f/1.8
Canon 70-200mm f/2.8
Sigma 14mm 2.8
Canon 580 EX II flash
Gitzo GT 1541T tripod
Canon battery charger
AA battery charger
laptop charger
converter/adapter
Canon batteries
AA batteries
memory cards

Bag #2 - day bag.
Ideally a small, collapsible thing that can hold the 5D3 with the 24 or 85mm lens. Maybe a little extra storage space for a snack or another lens.

Thanks for any advice!

I enjoy using my F-stop loka for a carry it all bag.
For just a camera and lens, small misc stuff, I use a hiking grade fanny pack (very light waist belt and some light foam padding on back)
