Shot my first NCAA Division 1 hockey game and had a blast. Great atmosphere with the rowdy students and sometimes rowdier aging alumni.

The lens I used most was the Canon 135mm f/2 L, the wide shots (3&4) are with my 16-35mm f/2.8 L.

The Taffy Abel Arena is slightly darker than the arena I usually shoot at. ISO 6400 1/800 at f/2.8 with the wide or the 135mm with the 1.4x TC on, otherwise I'd just drop the 135mm down to f/2 and shoot ISO 3200.

I loved the blue ceiling, I would like to try and incorporate that more next time.
