Hmmm, I'll comment as both a photographer and a cyclist. The composition is good, with some space ahead of the rider. It looks underexposed to me (riders face is quite dark) and a bit static. I'd like to see some spoke blur and/or some side-rocking of the bike to give the photo the dynamics that I think you are after.

Looks cold, was this in Malaysia?
