p.1 #1 · smallest bag for standard dslr+pancake?

I have a Canon 5D, and am getting the 40mm pancake to go with it. I want to get a small case, just enough to fit the two, so I cna throw it in my regular backpack. Anybody have any ideas?

I use LensCoat BodyGuard and Op/Tech Soft Pouches for packing my cameras in backpacks and bags. Here's a few photos of my 5DII + 40/2.8 with a LensCoat BodyGuard. It's designed for the body only, but it fits OK with the pancake.

Looking from the photos on the lenscoat website, that looks more like the BodyBag than the BodyGuard. Which one is it?

Yes, you're right. It's a BodyBag. Sorry for the error.

I use both BodyBags and BodyGuards. Actually, I use the BodyGuard style more often. It's pretty bombproof with the body cap on, and also lets you mount a lens, with its own cover. Here's a photo of my 1DX and 70-200/2.8L IS II, before and after a LensCoat BodyGuard and Op/Tech Snoot Boot are applied.
