p.1 #1 · Will Sigma update older lenses to the current finish?

When I first bought the Sigma 50mm 1.4 it had that sparkling and annoying coating to it. Then the 85 1.4 came out and it was smooth and flat. A nice improvement.

We grabbed 3 of the new Sigma 35's for photobooths we are running and the lens is such a vast improvement. I've already put my order in for the new 120-300 as I'm beginning to really fall in love with what they are doing.

My big question. What are the odds we see a new 24-70, 50, 85 and possibly a 70-200 come from Sigma with the exact same finish and lens quality?

I'm to the point now where I can't be bothered with Nikon glass. I still love the Nikon wide offerings but I'm beginning to see more and more in the primes that there isn't a reason not to use Sigma.

I think that is what they did to the 120-300/2.8 isn't it?
