Taken on Dec.22, next morning after ~~doomsday~~ solstice.
Planned to spend morning differently, but my knee misbehaved so I could not hike to the location, and came back with these shots instead.

Nicely done! Each one is a different take/framing, I like it.
Probably the 1st one is the fave for the drama, the 2nd one for the context.

BTW. love the title edit

Hey Sasha,

What cool shots you got. #1 is super cool, I like the way you worked the light. And #2 you got a neat shot too. #3 is the only one for me that doesn't work as well. But you really nailed the first two.

Sorry to hear about your knee, you have to watch jumping off those rocks!

Jim, I think #3 is really cool but I need emphasize the rays coming out of the notch in the rock, so others also could see what I see.
