I tried to align the town name between the crossing lights and the cross lights to "connect" the two. What would be your intended nexus / objective emphasis by using a lower POV?
I'm suspecting that a lower POV would put the crossed sign elements above the roof line and separate the dark signal collar from the dark underside of the roof whilst moving the station name below the signal.
