I think it's a great shot, and she's gorgeous. But I have a different take on the eyes. I would touch them up a little.
The shot above is NOT natural. It's a product of the lighting, and the angle of the head. If you'd had a reflector in her lap, filling in the shadows, would you have thought it wasn't natural?
In real life we notice these things less because our brains tend to de-emphasize details. You've captured her in a transient lighting condition that is making the folds more noticeable than they may be in real life.
I think every photo is interpretive. I'd fix them if it was technically possible.
