A lot of potential here. I'm not so sure your issue is sharpness. The first two things I see are exposure issues and white balance. A bunch of your photos look under-exposed to me -- and that will certainly make them feel "muddy." LoOn my monitor, photos 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 could all use a boost in the exposure.
The next thing I see is a wide variance in White Balance. Simply compare the color of the white jersey in photo #1 to photo #2. If you can look at them side-by-side I think that may help you. If you can get those two items under control, I think you will be much happier with your basketball photos.
Finally, don't be afraid to bump up the ISO to get the exposure where you want it. Don't know which body you are shooting, but I rarely get the chance to shoot ambient light for basketball at 1600-3200 ISO. 6400-12800 ISO are much more typical.
