Lots of rain and melting water coming from the alps is too much for some dutch rivers.
I drove yesterday 75 minutes to the east to photograph one of those rivers.
It's all under control and everybody involved knows exactly what to do.
Thanks for looking, Comments are always welcome.

Again, Chris, I like that a series tells more of a story than a single image would.
All are good, although my favorite is #3 (just level the horizon, please ).

My impression of #1 was snow.

#2 shows the reflection of the trees, I get the impression of a frozen over lake.

#1 & 2 are my favorites despite not 'seeing' water.

Final image for me. Love the processing and use of ND filter here, almost like fresh snow.

interesting processing with a dreamy feel
Second is my favorite Chris. All are excellent and I agree with Charlie. Nice to be presented as a series. Really gets the viewer into a mood.

Thanks a lot guys for all the comments.
I used an IR filter to get these images. The first two are exposed for 168sec at f8 iso 400.
I also shot the "normal" versions but preferred to process the IR ones.

Happy New Year Everyone!

Love them! It almost feels like a post apocalyptic or deserted planet type of effect to me. Well, that is what first popped in my head.
