The other players only serve to distract away from the focus of the poster. The player on the ground, the body parts on the far right are all distractions. Also, be careul with selective defocusing. Maybe try a blue color overlay on the b/w area, and a slight-to-medium zoom blur on it so the center of focus is on your main subject. Text placement could use more playing with as well. Just a tip, but it would really help if you reduced the image size you post here- 1000 or 1200 pixels max width so we can see the entire frame without having to scroll to the right.
