Walking though Ubud in Bali there are 'street dogs' everywhere you look, picking through the rubbish strewn down alleyways, or even walking into cafe's sniffing out a dropped morsel of food. However, we walked into a temple like area where we saw caged crows, roosters and even a huge bat. There we saw a small dog, in much better condition than the problem strays, a well cared for dog evident if only by the fancy collar.
