I tried to get some sunrise pics at the dome this morning. I knew I needed to clean my sensor before the game, but I didn't know it was this bad. Ironically I think all the spots are cleaning solution residue that wasn't removed properly. If it wasn't for the starburst, a gradient layer would probably be relatively simple. If I don't want to spend a lot of time, can photos like this be saved

Cleaning your sensor, check the gear talk boards for your camera (Nikon, Canon, etc). For saving this photo, check the post-processing and printing board.
