Since my wife had just got home from work she didn't have a lot of patience for me to keep going. This was the best one with only a single flash firing. Go to the lumber yard, and grab a 3/4 inch 4X8 sheet of Styrofoam foil coated insulation. Paint it white on one side and black or leave silver, on the other. Place it on the other side of the shot, the white side will help fill in shadows. Some people call them V flats. The good thing is, you can cut it to whatever size you want, like 3 by 4 or something.
