p.1 #1 · ebay buyer problem advice

Hi all, I just need some simple advice. I am new to selling in ebay and don't know the ropes very well.

I have in sale a D90 in ebay uk. A buyer did the biggest bid and won. I went over her bid story and it's not perfect. It seems that she is a late payer.

Anyhow, she won yesterday. Today I got an email from her saying something like "I'm very sorry but I do not have the funds to pay you. I would appreciate if you could sell it so someone else"

I am at a loss. What is the standard procedure for this?

i tried opening up a case but it says that I need to wait four days. I also see there is a second chance option but I'm unsure if I can use that since those 4 days haven't elapsed?

Is this standard procedure? I mean, bidding in ebay, isn't it supposed to be a binding contract? as a seller, what can I do?

Thanks for any advice...

Well besides the obvious of selling on here. You can report her to eBay as a non-paying person, and relist it or offer it to the 2nd highest bidder

Thanks, I'll report her.

And FM doesn't cut it for UK items. I've tried, zero movement.

Yeah, FM definitely has a small customer base for UK transactions unfortunately
