I love the lights though the sky could have been a little darker and that would've made the building colors even more enhanced. I agree that the white frame is sort of killing the look

I agree with the comments on the white frame. Maybe try a black border if you really like the frame.
I'd also like to see it with the WA distortion removed, but just a personal preference.
Love the shot otherwise though.
