Not sure if I should make it so that his hands are layered over his name...

Some nice ones, but the coach photo I'd be more concerned about his being out of focus than I would a glow. Which templates are these? I've been kicking buying some of his, but I can't see using some for other sports, and it just seems you would have to buy too many and I don't sell enough of them to justify.

i would take off the circular blur, its distracting from the main focus of the image instead of contributing to it

First one is best. The rest have issues.

#2... coach is way OOF. Need to find another image.
#3... besides all the graphics being hidden. I don't like the image. Looks too much like a practice shot with the mindriff showing. I would find another image.
The rest... lose the radial blur. Not good for the eyes
