Bought a piece of equipment from an FM'er the other day and agreed to send it thru Gift. When I checked out with PP, I noticed that I was charged 3 1/8 percent. Anyone else experience this.

Did paypal email you anything? I've seen people getting emails who use paypal gift too much being scolded by paypal. Basically saying they can't use feeless gift anymore.
