It actually is really annoying because when one eye is 20/10, 20/20 looks terrible. It actually scares me that for the general public 20/40 is okay to drive with no glasses after seeing 20/10 and 20/20 compared.

I had not thought of this really.
My left eye is 20/15, right eye is a weak 20/20. Combined i see decent 20/15, but my right (dominant) eye seems terrible to me, at "only" 20/20... haha

MarkJones,

Not at any point of my screening process, was eye ever (at least that I'm aware of) checked for pupil size. The first time that I know this was done on me was last week- and I know because it was a new procedure which confused me haha.

ISO1600 have you been told that the problem actually lies with your pupils being bigger than the treatment zone?

I guess you must have sought second opinions. No mention made of the flap not bedding down properly? If the refractive surgeons can't recommend anything then Pliocarpine drops or a special contact lens is all I can think of. It might be possible to get your eye doctors to get a weaker solution of pilocarpine made up which wont cause so many side effects and not totally immobilize the iris.
I know this might be something you dont want to read but you may eventually get used to it and not be bothered by it. Only time will tell.

As I said earlier in the thread, it is not debilitating as some people have it, just annoying.
I will try and get a second opinion, but at this point I am to scared to have any more work done to my eyes to fix a minor annoyance.

I see your point. I would be too.
