p.2 #1 · What is your favourite type of photography?
I chose street, not because I pursue it so much (one needs time. A lot of time.), but because I find it the most challenging and the most rewarding. But I also tend to think of photojournalism as street photography and all of my favorite photographers (and photographs) are either street or photojournalism.
My favorite family photographers are also generally very journalistic.
Edit: Uch, and I just wasted my 1000th post. I was planning planning on some sort of epicness.
p.2 #3 · What is your favourite type of photography?
For me it's nude wedding portraits on the street or with a nice landscape as backdrop.
All joking aside I think I'll have to choose landscapes. I also love doing (outdoor) portraiture, because it makes people happy. However, landscaping is relaxing. Enjoying nature and looking for beauty around you.

Quick question for everyone: missing Travel was obviously a big blunder. Should I restart the thread with it added? If not, I recommend Other, and a post here saying Travel.

Sports?
It's more than just the sport, though. It's the entire culture that interests me. Unfortunately, I don't get to spend as much time immersed in it as I'd like.

Presumably this is pretty much true for every sport and its chroniclers. Would anyone actually care about a bunch of guys lobbing a ball around, were it not for the stories/drama/history/culture constructed around it?
p.2 #14 · What is your favourite type of photography?
I chose landscape because i love doint landscape photography. I would love to do some street photography but i am scared to death to put a camera in someone's face.

you should move to someplace with an ocean, it might help.
p.2 #16 · What is your favourite type of photography?
In order of preference:
1. Wildlife (including Macro)
2. Landscape - especially panoramic views
3. Architecture and Shapes (bridges, buildings)
4. In addition to natural renditions of the above, I also enjoy using PP techniques to turn the images into "artistic interpretations".
