Is Bower a rebranded Rokinon? If so, BH has it for $379. The link above shows the lens at $529 ($399 w/coupon). Amazon had the Rockinon on Lightning deal today for $369.

Rokinon, Bower, Vivitar, Samyang, Opteka are all the same as far as I know.

Samyang is the manufacturer...the rest just add their own label/sticker to this lens.
