EDIT: I see that it's actually being sold through a different vendor. That explains that.

Pre-order with Amazon prime is $2699 for the 6D with 24-105 f4L IS, Adorama and B&H have the same offer; body alone is $2099.

On Amazon the 24-105 is selling new for $920, a referb is selling for $735 on Canon's website ATM.
Just wait for a bit, there will be better deals once stock is REAL not just pre-order. Amazon had the body alone, via prime pre-order, listed at $2099 just last weekend.

They had it 17€ over MSPR two weeks ago but went down 1€ below the MSPR this week. All for preorders of course.

But your US Kit price sounds already very good, Jerry. It is $ 933 (!) less than the price of the only kit offer I saw here till now ($ 3631,72). Of course ours includes tax. But your offer including (our) tax would make $ 3211,81. Still $ 320 less. :-(
