A jumping plant louse and a bark fly. The jumping plant louse has something attached to the back of it's abdomen which looked similar to a spermatophore I'd seen on a lacewing but info from WAB- " In this case it's just waxy secretions from the circum-anal pores - quite common in Psyllids".
