I agree, Tom. Graffiti and wanton destruction of property are disrespectful of one's culture and society. And it's been getting farther out of control in the USA for the last 50 years. My generation started the downhill slide by raising the world's first generation of spoiled-rotten children.
The only (partly) saving grace is that such vandalism sometimes provides fodder for creative photographers like yourself.
