Just put them into Adobe - LightRoom - Resources - CameraProfiles - Adobe Standart or Camera (there under 5DMK2). And use via that menu in LR (camera calibration).

And everyone remembers this bit about ACR?
Hue Twists in DNG Camera Profiles cause changes tint when you make adjustments to exposure settings
my thoughts after i used it a bit more in the last days:
The Eg-S sreen is a real help
metering is pain compared to the nex. If i use my Minolta 58/1.2 @f1.2 or f2.0 i have to compensate about -5/3EV, stopped down its up tp +1EV.
WB also, auto is quite unreliable and for a manual WB i have to take a picture of a white wall, dive into the menu and set the camera to manual WB. With the nex i select manual WB, point it to a small white/grey object, expose and i am done.
Colors with the Minolta are awesome! It is an entirely new lens for me and balances really well on the 5dII.
The dynamic range is sufficient most of the time but needs more attention.
horses for courses, it is nice for portraits and closeups were the smaller DOF is useful and AF stuff.
For landscaping and general use i still prefer the NEX because of dynamic range size.
I have to confess that i might get a a850 or D600 when i have to return the 5dII and eventually a Nex-9. It is nice to have a camera which feels like a professional tool and not like a toy.
I just used a 5N for the first time a few days ago, being used to a 5Dc. Impressions:
- I really have to suppress the habit to take the camera to my eye.
- Difficult to compose with the ambient light reflecting off the LCD. Composing in portret orientation is a real pain.
- Metering is indeed very good, but with the 5D I got used to dial in EC and chimp, so that rarely ever posed a problem for me.
- The grip is just way too small to carry it in one hand comfortably. This also makes it difficult to focus lenses that have unsmooth helicoids.
- Other than the size, it feels solid enough for me.
- Auto WB seemed to be fooled quite easily during my nature shooting. A green tree against a blue sky became washed out and I wondered why, until I found that my brother had set the camera to AWB. I never use AWB on my 5D anyway because I always shoot RAW -- except for some product shots where I selected in in LR.
I haven't seen the files of my shoot yet but I know how good they can be. From a ergonomics point of view I think I wouldn't buy a NEX without EVF and a larger grip though. Maybe I could get along with a NEX-6.

Thanks for the different perspective :-).
If you are a student or know a student you can get 20% off a Nex in the german Sony Online Shop, buy the Nex-6 with the 16-50 Pancake for 750€ and sell the lens for 250€ (there are many crazy people out there willing to pay that prize). Now you payed 500€ for your Nex-6 which is good value in my eyes, the regular 800€ are overpriced.
The Nex-6 is bigger and has a nicer grip, but for me even the 5n felt okay.
D600 might be better over A850. That LV might come handy for landscapes and such. Plus it has quite a lot of DR/SNR over A850. Only downsides are color and build quality. And that dreaded dust issue..
Phillip can you post a comparison between 100 ISO and 160 that shows shadow banding?
It would be wonderful if 160 really solved an issue like that.
I like the colours in these.

I just performed a test and couldn't find a significant difference between ISO 100 and 160, sorry for that one!
I always had a feeling that the difference in DR between the Nex-6 and the 5dII was bigger than the 1.2 Evs DxOMark tells us but my (not too extensive) testing tells me that they are about right.
