XE-1 and Panaleica DG 25 1.4??

p.1 #1 · XE-1 and Panaleica DG 25 1.4??

Will any of you getting the Fuji XE-1 be pairing it with a PanaLeica DG 25 1.4 or the Fuji 35 X mount lens? Do you need an adapter to mount the PanaLeica on the XE-1? Almost ordered an OMD, but the skin color rendering on the XE-1 is beautiful!

As the "PanaLeica" is a Panasonic micro 4/3 lens it can't be used with a Fuji camera. Period.
If you like the Fuji skin color rendering that much your only option is Fuji lenses. Then of course skin color rendering says portrait photography to me so you might be interested in a longer lens than 35mm as well. Not that portraits can't be taken with nearly anything but for classic head and shoulder images you'll need something longer to avoid distortion.

^^^ Like Jonas said, won't work. The Fuji 35/1.4 is an excellent lens for the Fuji.

The Fuji 35mm is very well regarded even though it might not be corner to corner sharp. I heard the rendering is nice though.
